MDF BOARD

Medium-density fiberboard is a type of artificial board produced by mechanically separating and chemically treating wood or plant fibers, adding adhesives and waterproofing agents, and then forming it under high temperature and high pressure. It is an ideal artificial board for making furniture. The structure of medium-density fiberboard is more uniform than that of natural wood, avoiding problems such as rot and insect damage. At the same time, it has low expansion and contraction, making it easy to process. Due to its smooth surface, it is easy to adhere various finishes, making the finished furniture more beautiful. In terms of bending strength and impact strength, it is superior to particleboard.

1. The internal structure is uniform, the density is moderate, the dimensional stability is good, the deformation is small, and the physical and mechanical properties are moderate.
2. The surface is smooth and flat, with good machining performance. It can be used to stick thin wood or patterns that are novel and beautiful on it, thus being highly favored in home decoration and often used for manufacturing furniture, partitions, etc.
