2. New Declaration Requirements: Throughout 2026, the declaration for wood panel export tax rebates/exemptions must be completed within 36 months after the goods are declared for export. Tax rebates can be processed normally as long as all documents are complete; declarations exceeding the time limit will be treated as domestic sales.
