Operation Instructions: Shipping companies will divert cargo to this port, bearing a diversion surcharge of approximately USD 800 per container; after customs clearance at the port, the cargo will be transshipped to the hinterlands of the UAE and the six Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries by road or railway.

Notes: Transshipment will be delayed by 7-12 days compared with the original direct voyage, and the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) needs to be updated in a timely manner; additional costs such as diversion and transshipment fees will be incurred, and the cost-bearing mechanism must be confirmed with customers in advance; supplement war risk insurance and ensure all documents are complete to avoid customs clearance risks.
