MDF (also known as fiberboard) is an artificial board made from wood fibers or other plant fibers, applied with adhesives such as urea formaldehyde resin, and formed by hot pressing.
The density range is divided into:
Low density board (<450 kg/m ³)
Medium density board (450-880 kg/m ³), widely used in furniture manufacturing
High density board (>880 kg/m ³), with higher strength, commonly used in special scenarios such as reinforced wood flooring

Core strengths
Uniform material: no natural wood scars, cracks or defects;
Good processing performance: can be carved, milled, and directly painted;
Environmental friendliness: Some products meet the E0 formaldehyde standard (release amount ≤ 0.5mg/L)
